Returns & Cancellations 💌

We want you to love your Pinky Promise Club order. If something isn't quite right, here's everything you need to know.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the 14-day period begins when you receive the last item in your order.

To be eligible for a return, items should be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Please take care when trying on clothing and swimwear, and make sure items are returned in a condition suitable for resale.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and approved, we'll process your refund using your original payment method.

Made-to-Order Items

Many of our pieces are made especially for you when you place your order. Because of this, some products may be subject to specific exceptions to the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.

If a product is not eligible for return, this will be clearly communicated before you purchase it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Oh no! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Send us your order number and a few photos showing the issue, and we'll help make it right. You won't be responsible for return shipping for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries!

Orders can be cancelled at any time before the item has been shipped or otherwise fulfilled. Once an item has entered production or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible with your order number.

Sale Items

Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or cancelled, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
